JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing US performance marketing agency in Los Angeles. You'll work under a very experienced senior media buyer, building, launching, testing and reporting on Meta and Google campaigns for ecommerce and service clients.

YOU'LL DO:
- Build and launch Meta and Google campaigns from briefs
- Daily optimisation: budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords
- Set up and check tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM)
- Weekly performance reports with clear next steps

HOURS: Full time. Ideally you'll work on UK or US time.

YOU HAVE:
- 2+ years hands-on with both Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing real budgets ($10k+/month)
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet and a backup power source

HOURS: Full time, with overlap with US Pacific time required.

PAY: $1,000 to $1,200 USD per month. Raise after 90-day review based on performance.
