JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We’re a fast-growing US company running ads across multiple brands: e-commerce, media and local service businesses. We move fast, test a lot and care about real results, not vanity metrics.

The role
You’ll own paid acquisition on Meta and Google: building, launching, optimizing and reporting on campaigns across several accounts. This suits someone who is data-driven, creative and hands-on, and who knows how to turn ad spend into profit.

Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine time (US Pacific business hours).

You’ll be responsible for:
— Building and managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, PMax, YouTube)
— Daily optimization of budgets, audiences, bids and creatives
— Creative testing: briefing, iterating and spotting winners and fatigue
— Tracking setup and QA (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
— Clear weekly reporting on what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next
— Using AI tools to speed up research, copy, analysis and reporting

Must-haves:
— 3+ years hands-on managing Meta and Google ads, with results you can show
— Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets across multiple accounts
— Strong analytical skills: you know your CPA, ROAS, CTR and CPM, and what they’re telling you
— Daily, skilled use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar)
— Responsive, punctual, reliable and organized across multiple accounts

Big pluses:
— E-commerce (Shopify) and local lead-gen experience
— Creative skills such as ad copy, Canva/Figma, or briefing UGC
— A strong grasp of US consumers and culture

How to apply (applications that skip any step will not be reviewed):
— Use the subject line: “ROAS – [Your Name]”
— A 90-second Loom walking through a real campaign you’ve managed: the setup, what you changed and the results. (Hide client names if needed). Include confirmation that you can work 10 PM – 6 AM PH time, and the ad spend you’ve managed (monthly).

Rate: $500 - $2,000
