JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented GHL Specialist to help our client build and manage its CRM, identify potential nonprofit clients, and implement targeted email marketing campaigns and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM, contact databases, pipelines, and workflows.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of nonprofit organizations in the US and Canada.
- Create email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and lead-nurturing workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and track outreach performance.
- Provide regular progress updates and ensure professional, compliant outreach.
- Use Hubstaff for time tracking and follow company work procedures.

Qualifications
- College graduate with at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, CRM management, lead generation, and email automation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong research, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, professional, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable work setup, and willingness to work US business hours.
- Comfortable using Hubstaff for work-hour tracking and accountability.
