Good at starting conversations with business owners and helping them say yes? Sell our top-tier software plans to marketing agencies and growing teams, part-time, hourly plus commission.

About us
We're a small US business that builds its own software: COS Creator Studio (plans and posts social media content and helps write captions and graphics with AI), CartBook (turns a food creator's recipes into a cookbook app their followers subscribe to), and a business dashboard for contractors and salons. Our everyday customers find us through ads. We're hiring a dependable, long-term sales agent, part-time, to sell our top plans to the customers who get the most from them: social media and marketing agencies and freelancers managing several clients, established food creators, and contractors and salons with teams.

What you'll do
1. Find good-fit agencies and teams (LinkedIn, Clutch and agency directories, Facebook groups, creator communities)
2. Start real conversations with short, personal messages: no spam, no bought lists
3. Run short demos and set up 14-day free trials that show each agency how much time it saves across their clients
4. Follow up on a schedule and log every lead, reply and next step in our tracker
5. Share what customers ask for and what's working, so we can improve the apps

You'll do great here if you are

- Organised and persistent: every lead gets a follow-up
- A self-starter who tries new places to find customers when it's quiet

Tools you'll use
Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, Google Sheets, Zoom or Google Meet, and our ow. We'll train you on the apps, the customers and our offers.

Nice to have: experience selling software or subscriptions; working at or ncy; short demo videos (for example Loom); LinkedIn outreach; knowingsalons, contractors or food creators.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm US Central Time (20 hours/week)
- That's 11:00pm–3:00am Philippine time while the US is on daylight saving time (mid-March to early November), 12:00am–4:00am the rest of the year. Fixed hours: you work while
our customers are awake.

Pay
- $3.50 USD/hour ($70/week, about $303/month), paid weekly
- Plus 10% of every payment a customer you signed up makes in their first ng is signed off. Commission follows the customer's payments, so customerswho stay earn you more.
- Commission is paid with your weekly pay after the customer's payment cle
- Pay reviews every 6 months, with more hours as your sales grow
- 13th-month pay, prorated from your start date and paid out every 6 month
- Hours can be adjusted up or down based on performance

Time off
- We observe major US holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Laistmas) as paid days off.
- 3 paid leave days after 6 months.

Training
You start by learning the apps, the customers they're for, and our approveThe owner reviews your first messages and demos before you go solo.

As the apps grow, strong performers get more hours, raises and more responsibility.
