JOB OVERVIEW

ClientAscend is a custom sales operations platform used by remote employees for outbound calling, power dialing, SMS, warm transfers, inbound calls and sales tracking.

We need a developer who can diagnose recurring production problems and implement reliable, tested fixes.

**Tech stack:** Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Telnyx Voice API, WebRTC, GitHub and Codex.

**First paid assignment:** Investigate a manual-dialing problem where an employee cannot hear call audio. Determine the root cause and propose a permanent fix.

Additional work may include stalled power dialer sessions, transfer failures, recording problems and database reliability.

**Requirements:** Experience debugging real-world APIs, webhooks, asynchronous call flows and production errors. Experience with Telnyx or Twilio is strongly preferred.

**Budget:** Up to $500 monthly initially, starting with a small fixed-scope paid trial. Flexible part-time hours with some availability during US Eastern Time business hours.

Please include a description of a real voice API or WebRTC problem you've diagnosed and repaired. Explain how you identified its root cause and verified the fix.

We are looking for someone interested in becoming ClientAscend's long-term technical support developer as the business grows.
