JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a direct-response copywriter and creative strategist producing video ads for a fast-growing DTC golf brand. We create two new ad scripts every day, and I’m looking for an AI video editor who can turn those scripts into scroll-stopping, 60-second Facebook and Instagram ads.

If the trial goes well, this becomes ongoing work with a steady flow of scripts every week.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating realistic AI UGC-style videos: AI avatars talking to camera, selfie-style footage, and B-roll that looks like a real golfer filmed it on the course.
Creating stylized animated videos: Pixar-style 3D characters (for example, a cartoony skeleton golfer) set to an AI-generated song.
Matching the editing style, pacing, subtitles, and music of the reference ads I provide.
Turning around videos quickly from a short brief: script, hook variations, and a few lines of visual direction.

Reference ads (the styles we’re going for):

What we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (for example Arcads, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Runway, or similar).
Experience with AI music tools like Suno.
Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar: fast cuts, bold subtitles, and good pacing for social ads.
Ability to keep the same character consistent across multiple videos.
Experience with direct-response or ecommerce ads is a big plus.
Reliable communication and the ability to hit deadlines.

Shortlisted applicants will be paid to create two sample videos from scripts I will provide:
