JOB OVERVIEW

Gilded Palm® is a growing luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice with two locations in Texas, USA.

We're looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Manager who can help us grow our Instagram and Facebook presence, increase engagement, and create content that attracts new clients.

We don't just want someone who can post on social media. We want someone who knows how to GROW an account.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an Instagram and Facebook growth strategy.
- Turn raw photos and videos provided by our team into engaging Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks, headlines, captions, and calls to action.
- Edit short-form videos with engaging pacing, text overlays, and appropriate trending audio.
- Create polished, on-brand graphics and carousels.
- Manage a content calendar and schedule approved posts.
- Research relevant trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Recommend specific content for our team to film each week.
- Monitor analytics, including views, reach, engagement, follower growth, and inquiries.
- Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations.
- Help maintain a consistent, sophisticated brand aesthetic.

Requirements:

- Proven experience growing Instagram and/or Facebook accounts organically.
- Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels).
- Excellent English writing skills, particularly for hooks and engaging captions.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content strategy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and branding.

Experience with luxury brands, beauty, skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics is a plus.

IMPORTANT: Portfolio Required

We are specifically looking for someone who has demonstrated success growing social media accounts.

To be considered, please provide:
1. Links to at least 2 Instagram or Facebook accounts you have personally managed.
2. Your specific role in managing those accounts.
3. Examples of your best-performing Reels, including views and engagement.
4. Before-and-after growth metrics (followers, reach, or engagement) from accounts you've managed.
5. Examples of video editing, graphics, and captions you've created.
6. Your hourly rate and weekly availability.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate significant organic follower growth and consistently high-performing content, rather than simply attractive graphics or scheduled posts.

What We're Looking For:
-Someone creative, proactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about social media growth.
-We'll provide raw photos, videos, treatment information, and brand guidelines. You'll turn that material into engaging, polished content that helps our business stand out.
-We want someone who will bring ideas to the table, identify opportunities, and help take our social media presence to the next level.
-This position has the potential to grow into a long-term role.
