# TikTok Shop UK Expert – Complete Store Setup, Product Listings, Video Creation & Sales Growth

**Working Hours:** Full-Time – 40 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday)
**Salary:** $4–$6 per hour (depending on experience)
**Contract:** Initial 3 Months – Performance Review at the End
**Location:** Remote – Must be available for occasional UK-time meetings

## ? We Need a TikTok Shop Expert to Build Our Store From Scratch!

We are an established UK e-commerce business selling hi-visibility clothing, workwear and safety garments.

We already have a successful product range, stock, product images and established fulfilment operations through our existing online sales channels.

**However, we currently have no TikTok Shop and very little knowledge of how to set one up or operate it.**

We are looking for an experienced **TikTok Shop UK Specialist who can take complete ownership of launching our TikTok Shop from scratch.**

You must know how to set everything up, upload and optimise products, create engaging videos, build an audience, work with affiliate creators and develop strategies that generate sales.

We need someone who can guide us through any steps requiring our involvement, while independently handling the day-to-day setup, launch and management.

**This is not a general social media position. We need someone who has successfully built and grown TikTok Shops before.**

This is initially a full-time, 3-month contract. At the end of the project, we will review performance and d ---------- whether to continue on a long-term basis.

## ? Your Responsibilities

### 1. Complete TikTok Shop Setup From Scratch

- Guide us through creating our TikTok business account and TikTok Shop UK seller account.
- Manage the entire shop setup process from start to finish.
- Assist with business verification and required documentation.
- Configure shop settings, delivery options, shipping and returns policies.
- Link our official TikTok account to TikTok Shop.
- Set up product categories, store branding and business information.
- Configure payment and settlement settings with management approval.
- Ensure the shop meets TikTok Shop UK policies and requirements.
- Explain any actions we need to complete and guide us through them.

**You must be capable of handling the full setup process without requiring us to teach you how TikTok Shop works.**

### 2. Product Uploading & Optimisation

- Upload our existing hi-vis clothing and workwear products.
- Create professional product listings with optimised titles and descriptions.
- Set up sizes, colours and product variations correctly.
- Create attractive product images and size charts.
- Research relevant keywords and competitors.
- Set up product pricing and stock quantities using information supplied by us.
- Ensure all listings comply with TikTok Shop requirements.
- Continuously improve listings to increase visibility and sales.

### 3. TikTok Video Creation & Content Management

- Develop a content strategy suitable for selling hi-vis clothing and workwear.
- Create engaging TikTok videos using our existing product images, videos and other approved materials.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Create product demonstrations, promotional videos and shoppable content.
- Research TikTok trends and content ideas relevant to our products.
- Write video captions and relevant hashtags.
- Schedule and publish regular content.
- Analyse which videos generate traffic and sales.
- Tell us what additional product footage or photographs are needed.

**You must be able to create and edit videos yourself, not simply suggest ideas for us to produce.**

### 4. TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Marketing

- Set up and manage TikTok Shop affiliate opportunities.
- Identify suitable UK-based TikTok creators.
- Contact creators who could promote our products.
- Recommend affiliate commission structures.
- Arrange product sample requests with our approval.
- Develop relationships with creators who can produce engaging product videos.
- Track creator performance, sales and commissions.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships.

### 5. Generate Sales & Grow the Shop

- Develop and implement strategies to generate sales through TikTok Shop.
- Improve organic product visibility and traffic.
- Identify which products have the strongest sales potential.
- Research successful competitors and their marketing strategies.
- Analyse product views, conversions and sales.
- Recommend promotional offers and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for paid advertising in the future.
- Focus on profitable sales growth rather than views and followers alone.

**No paid advertising, affiliate spending or product samples should be authorised without management approval.**

### 6. Reporting & Communication

- Provide a weekly report showing work completed.
- Report on products uploaded and optimised.
- Track videos created and published.
- Report on affiliate creators contacted and recruited.
- Monitor product views, traffic, orders and sales.
- Highlight problems and recommend solutions.
- Provide clear instructions whenever our involvement is required.
- Attend regular online meetings to discuss progress.

- Proven experience launching TikTok Shop accounts **from scratch**.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop UK and TikTok Seller Centre.
- Experience completing store setup, verification and configuration.
- Proven ability to generate sales through TikTok Shop.
- Experience uploading and optimising physical product listings.
- Strong video creation and editing skills.
- Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate and creator marketing.
- Understanding of TikTok trends, product marketing and organic growth.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection.

## ? Our 3-Month Project Plan

**Month 1 – Complete Setup & Launch**

- Set up and configure our TikTok Shop UK account.
- Complete verification and store configuration.
- Upload and optimise an agreed initial product range.
- Establish the content strategy.
- Create and publish initial TikTok videos.
- Set up the affiliate programme.
- Get the shop operational and ready to take orders.

**Month 2 – Content, Marketing & First Sales**

- Continue uploading and improving product listings.
- Publish regular shoppable videos.
- Contact and recruit suitable UK affiliate creators.
- Develop organic marketing strategies.
- Monitor traffic and conversion performance.
- Work towards generating consistent initial sales.

**Month 3 – Sales Growth & Performance Review**

- Identify best-performing products and content.
- Improve conversion rates and sales performance.
- Expand successful creator partnerships.
- Continue creating and publishing content.
- Recommend further growth opportunities.
- Produce a full performance report and future strategy.

**At the end of 3 months, we will review the results, including the shop setup, product listings, content produced, affiliate activity, sales and profitability.**

Depending on performance, there may be an opportunity for a permanent, long-term position.

You must have real, hands-on TikTok Shop experience and be confident launching and managing a new UK store.
