About Us
We’re a US-based growth agency that books roof inspection appointments for residential roofing contractors. We’re scaling and need a sharp, confident cold caller to book sales calls with roofing company owners.

What You’ll Do

Cold call residential roofing contractors across the US
Get past gatekeepers and reach the owner
Pitch our service in a short conversation and book qualified sales calls on our calendar
Send calendar invites and confirm meetings 24 hours before
Log every call, outcome, and note in our CRM (HubSpot)
Follow up with prospects who said “not right now”
Hit daily targets: 150+ dials and [5-10] booked calls per week

Requirements

1+ year of B2B cold calling experience with US prospects (required)
Clear, natural English with a neutral accent
Comfortable handling objections and rejection without getting rattled
Reliable internet (25+ Mbps), a backup power source, and a quiet workspace
A noise-canceling headset
Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Available during US business hours

Bonus Points

You’ve set appointments for home services, contractors, or marketing agencies before
You’ve used a dialer like Kixie, JustCall, or Aircall
