We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist who can analyze existing business processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and design more efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and map existing business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, operational gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
- Design improved workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
- Work with different teams to implement and measure improvements.

Requirements
- Ideally 8–10+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or related fields.
- Strong process-mapping, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with process-mapping tools such as Visio, L ---------- , or similar platforms.
- Experience in banking, finance, accounting, or shared services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and automation is a plus.
