JOB OVERVIEW

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced specialist to help us complete a straightforward setup involving Zoom, ZoomMate, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.

We have already exported all our data from GoHighLevel into CSV files, so no CRM data extraction or migration from GoHighLevel is needed. We simply need help importing our existing data into ZoomMate and setting up the necessary integrations and workflows.

Scope of Work
- Import our existing contacts and tags into Google Sheets.
- Connect ZoomMate with Google Sheets, which will serve as our central repository for contacts and tags.
- Set up synchronization so that updates in Zoom and Google Sheets are reflected appropriately in both systems.
- Connect Google Calendar and configure the necessary scheduling workflows and triggers.
- Set up basic automated workflows, such as appointment reminders, messaging, and contact tagging, based on our exported GHL workflows.
- Test the integrations and ensure everything works as expected.

Required Experience
- Hands-on experience building workflows and triggers in CRM
- Experience integrating CRM with Google-related tools.
- Experience configuring automations, contact tagging, and messaging workflows.
