JOB OVERVIEW

Life Filtration is a fast-growing, family-owned water filtration company serving homeowners across Florida, with expansion into Jacksonville, Naples and California underway. We’re building our sales pipeline and need a fast, detail-oriented data specialist to help our team reach the right homeowners.

The Role
You’ll research, collect and organize homeowner data from approved sources across the U.S. and build clean, accurate lead lists in Google Sheets for our sales and appointment-setting teams. This is a full-time position for someone who’s fast on a keyboard, sharp with spreadsheets, and takes pride in clean data.

What You’ll Do

Pull homeowner data (names, property addresses, contact info, home details) from public records, property databases and approved data tools
Organize, clean and de-duplicate data in Google Sheets
Build and maintain lead lists by market, such as Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa and new expansion markets
Verify data accuracy and flag incomplete or outdated records
Use formulas, filters and sorting tools to segment lists for the sales team
Meet daily and weekly data-entry and list-building targets
Follow all data-use rules, including Do Not Call list checks and each source’s terms of use

Requirements

Typing speed of 80+ WPM minimum. A typing test is part of the hiring process.
Strong Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, removing duplicates)
Experience with data entry, web research or lead generation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and manage your own daily output
Reliable internet connection and computer (if remote)

Nice to Have

Experience with skip tracing tools, property records sites, or data platforms like PropStream, BatchLeads or county property appraiser sites
Basic knowledge of web scraping tools or Google Apps Script
Experience with CRMs
Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time
