Notice the small things that make a website frustrating? Help us find them before our users do.
Content Rewards connects creators and brands. We're expanding our manual QA team to test our web product, report reproducible bugs, and check that fixes work. This is hands-on product testing, not content moderation. No coding is required.
THE ROLE
- Remote, part-time: 20 hours per week to start.
- USD $5–$7 per hour, depending on experience.
- Longer-term opportunities for strong performers.
- Shortlisted applicants can progress to a four-hour paid trial. We confirm the assignment and pay before you start.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Test desktop and mobile web flows, including submissions, rewards, and account switching.
- Follow test instructions, explore edge cases, and recheck fixes.
- Check the shared bug register before adding a duplicate.
- Write clear reports: steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, environment, and user impact.
- Provide screenshots and screen recordings that make issues easy to understand.
- Work with our QA lead, Kyle, and respond clearly to feedback.
WHO THIS SUITS
You're observant, organized, and able to explain what you tested and what remains uncertain. Manual QA, web testing, support, or operations experience is useful. We care about practical testing and clear evidence. You need a reliable computer, internet connection, and the ability to capture screenshots and screen recordings.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Read the role brief and full instructions before starting:
2. Complete our practical exercise on a fictional website with intentional bugs:
Everyone tests the same four flows. Prepare your evidence tools first; setup is untimed. Aim for 20–30 minutes. The exercise has a firm 30-minute timer, including writing reports and preparing evidence links. Timed-out submissions are still reviewed; do not retake the assessment. Use your usual application
3. After the exercise, record a separate 3–5 minute Loom answering the five questions in the guide: relevant experience, interest in the role, one test or issue you investigated, what you would prioritize and how you would verify a fix, and your availability/start date/expected hourly rate. This video is OUTSIDE the exercise timer. Webcam is optional, and a simple unedited recording is fine. It is separate from your bug-evidence screen recordings.
4. Apply here on OnlineJobs.ph with your QA completion code and Loom link. Include the
