JOB OVERVIEW

We run four Instagram accounts for one creator, given after you pass the initial test, and post 20+ reels and several photo carousels a day. We have editors for volume. What we don’t have is one person who owns how she looks — on every photo, every reel cover, every carousel, across all accounts.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain Katie’s signature look: smooth, clear skin (acne, eyebags, texture) and a refined mixed East Asian–Western facial style, matched to a reference board we give you. Deliver it as a reusable preset (Meitu/Wink + Photoshop action) and a one-page SOP so every editor on the team produces the same face. Apply it to photos, reel covers and short video clips, and keep it identical across all four accounts.
Curate and retouch our 6-photo carousels: pick the set, order it, match outfit/lighting/ratio, fix each image.
Choose and edit reel covers/first frames.
Build and maintain our look kit: 2–3 color presets and 3–4 caption/font styles that all our editors use. You’ll replace what we have (it’s dated).
Daily visual QA on the next day’s scheduled posts (crop, exposure, skin, consistency between accounts).
Put together shoot moodboards (outfit, set, pose, lighting references) for our on-site photographer.

What we look for

2+ years retouching for female creators, models or influencers. Show us before/afters.
You’ve done “mixed-race / refined” face styling for Asian creators and can show it holding consistent across a set of 10+ images, not one hero shot.
Fluent in at least two of: Meitu/VIP Meitu, Wink (video reshape), Facetune, Photoshop (Liquify, frequency separation), Lightroom. CapCut for covers.
Video face/body reshape in Wink or Meitu with clean tracking (no warping on movement, hands, hair, backgrounds).
Consistency: her face looks the same in every post, every account, every week.
Taste over tools. You can tell overdone from refined, and you’ll say no to a slider.
Full-time, 40 h/week, Hubstaff time tracking, Wise payouts every two weeks.

Link to 5 before/after examples (photo) and 2 short video retouch examples. Female subjects only.
Part 1: We’ll send a 5-image reference board and 5 edited versions of one photo. Rank the 5 by how closely they hit the reference without looking edited, one line each.
