Zhon Credit Is Hiring: Experienced Credit Dispute Specialist
Pay: $125 per week, plus performance bonuses for completing more than 15 client files in a week. Additional files must meet our accuracy, documentation, and completion standards to qualify.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail oriented individual who can manage client disputes from start to finish, work independently, and complete assignments without constant reminders.
Templates and company procedures are provided. You must know how to customize each template to the client’s specific situation and supporting documents.
Responsibilities
• Review all three credit reports and identify inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information.
• Complete authorized opt-out requests through all websites provided and document completion.
• Prepare individualized letters addressing incorrect personal information, old addresses, and disputed negative accounts, using accurate dates and supporting documents.
• Submit disputes to the appropriate credit bureaus and creditors, including uploading documents to Experian when needed.
• Prepare and submit authorized CFPB complaints when appropriate and submission requirements are met. Address each bureau individually and avoid duplicate complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate state consumer protection agency when warranted.
• Track submissions, responses, deadlines, results, and next steps.
• Keep client records organized and confidential.
• Provide daily updates showing completed work, pending tasks, and scheduled follow-ups.
Productivity and Bonuses
The weekly quota is 15 fully processed client files, averaging approximately 3 per day. A processed file means every step currently due is completed and documented, with future actions scheduled.
Completing more than 15 qualifying client files per week makes you eligible for additional bonuses. Bonus amounts and terms will be explained before work begins.
Accuracy and thoroughness are required. Incomplete files will not count toward the quota or bonuses. Existing client follow-ups must also remain current.
Requirements
• Previous experience handling credit disputes.
• Working knowledge of the FCRA, relevant FTC guidance, and CFPB complaint procedures.
• Ability to customize provided templates and prepare clear, accurate disputes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Reliable attendance, consistent communication, a computer, and dependable internet access.
We need someone who takes ownership of each file, follows through, and produces consistent work.
