JOB OVERVIEW

About us
Manly makes natural personal care products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and deodorant, in scents like Citrus Breeze, Midnight Oak and Fresh Forest. We sell direct-to-consumer and are growing fast. We’re looking for someone to own our creator content engine.

The role
You’ll run our user-generated content from start to finish. That means finding creators, writing briefs, managing deliverables, and making sure the content turns into sales on our site, in paid ads and on social. You’ll work closely with our marketing and paid media teams. We’ll measure your success by how well the content performs, not by how much of it we get.

What you’ll do

Recruit, vet and manage a roster of UGC creators and micro-influencers
Write clear creative briefs, hooks and scripts that show off our products and scents
Run product seeding, gifting and paid creator partnerships from outreach through delivery
Negotiate rates, usage rights and whitelisting, and keep contracts and payments organized
Deliver a steady stream of ad-ready content (video, photo, testimonials) for Meta, TikTok and our Shopify store
Work with paid media to test hooks and formats, then double down on what converts
Track performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate) and report on what’s working
Build systems and processes so the program can scale

Must have

2+ years of ecommerce or DTC brand experience. This is required.
A proven track record managing UGC or creator programs, with examples you can share
A strong sense of what makes short-form content perform on TikTok, Reels and in paid ads
Comfort with performance data and making decisions based on results
Excellent organization and communication, and the ability to juggle many creators at once

Nice to have

Experience in personal care, beauty, grooming or CPG
