JOB OVERVIEW

Work Hours: Set block within US Pacific Time business hours

About Us
We sell Mitchell 1 auto repair software, including ProDemand, to repair shops across the US. Many of our shop owners speak Spanish first. We need a bilingual VA to help us serve them.

What You Will Do
- Call, text and email Spanish-speaking shop owners and follow up on leads
- Set appointments and demos for our sales team
- Answer basic customer questions and route support requests
- Translate short messages, emails and product info between English and Spanish
- Keep the CRM and contact records up to date
- Handle general admin tasks: scheduling, inbox management, data entry

Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English
- Clear, professional phone voice in both languages
- 1+ year of VA, customer service or call center experience
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp and a CRM
- Reliable internet, a quiet work area and a good headset
- Able to work US Pacific Time hours

Nice to Have
- Experience with US customers or the automotive industry
- Sales or appointment setting experience
