JOB OVERVIEW

Basics:
- Location: Remote (Philippines)
- Working Time: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Philippine time (1 hour lunch break)
- Salary: PHP 40,516 / month
- Benefits: 10 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, 3 paid sick days

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can create original, eye-catching apparel graphics, with strong illustration and typography skills and a portfolio to match. You should have a strong eye for apparel design and an understanding of fitness style trends (especially in the Australian market and globally). You must have strong English communication skills for direct client interaction and be able to deliver high-quality designs on time.

You will be creating the kinds of designs The Move Better Project prints on shirts and other apparel.

- Design original 2D graphics for t-shirts and other apparel, including illustration and custom lettering
- Apply 2D designs to 3D mock-ups as needed
- Redraw or trace logos as required
- Understand and interpret design briefs accurately
- Handle client revisions and feedback directly
- Communicate effectively with the internal team

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showing apparel or shirt graphics, illustration and typography (lettering, wordmarks)
- 1-3 years of experience in apparel or graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (experience with Procreate or similar is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred
- Preferred experience working with Trello and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills

About Our Company:
P1peline is a digital services agency. We provide a range of services for our clients and internal brands.
For this role, the Graphic Designer will be hired and managed by P1peline but will work full-time with The Move Better Project, a fast-growing merchandise company specializing in custom shirts and other apparel printing. Your day to day will primarily consist of working with The Move Better Project, but you will still join our weekly team building times and receive training and support from a manager on the P1peline team.
