JOB OVERVIEW

Be the person who keeps a growing e-commerce business running.

This isn’t a “follow the checklist” job. You’ll own our inventory, d ---------- what to reorder and when, negotiate directly with suppliers, and help us build smarter systems and processes. As we grow, so will your role, with opportunities to take on automation and other projects.

What you’ll own:

- Inventory forecasting and demand projection
- Reordering and supplier communication
- Negotiating pricing and payment terms
- Improving our systems and processes
- Taking on new challenges as the business evolves

You might be a great fit if you:

- Understand inventory forecasting or are eager to master it
- Have e-commerce inventory experience
- Communicate and negotiate confidently
- Learn fast and juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Love fixing messy processes and making things work better
- Have a VA or customer service background (very welcome!)
- Bonus: system coding knowledge
