JOB OVERVIEW

I am hiring for an experienced Simpro Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, manage job workflows, and ensure accurate and efficient administrative processes. Experience with Xero is preferred.

What you’ll do:

Manage job details, scheduling, and work orders in Simpro
Handle data entry and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and support daily operations

What you bring:
Proven hands-on experience with Simpro
Xero experience is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
