We are seeking an experienced Adobe Lightroom Classic editor to process a large historical sports photography archive, primarily 35mm color slides covering professional and collegiate American sports.
Our priority is accurate color correction and faithful reproduction of original film photographs—not creative retouching.
Responsibilities

* Maintain natural skin tones and accurate team uniform colors.
* Preserve the original appearance of historical film.
* Perform minimal slide-border cropping.
* Maintain consistent quality across large batches.
* Preserve filenames and follow established workflows.
* Target approximately 500–800 images daily, depending on complexity.
Qualifications
Professional Adobe Lightroom Classic experience REQUIRED.
Excellent color correction skills and attention to detail.
Experience processing large volumes of photographs.
Newspaper, wire-service, editorial, or sports photography experience strongly preferred.
Historical film or slide-scanning experience is a plus.
***STRICT EDITORIAL STANDARDS***
NO AI EDITING OR IMAGE MANIPULATION.
No generative AI, object removal, cloning, healing, content-aware fill, artificial reconstruction, or creative alterations.
Only traditional Lightroom Classic color, exposure, tonal adjustments, and minimal cropping are permitted.
All editing must be nondestructive.
Compensation
$4–$8 USD/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Flexible remote schedule with substantial long-term work available.
