JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
Window Way USA (Honolulu, Hawaii) is hiring ONE exceptional full-time Virtual Assistant. This is a long-term role for someone who takes ownership — not a task-ticker. You'll be the operational right hand of the founder: running admin, keeping marketing moving, and editing short-form video.

What you'll actually do (40 hrs/week):
- Inbox and calendar management, scheduling, file organization
- CRM management (GoHighLevel — training provided)
- Social media: scheduling, publishing, and repurposing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Short-form video editing (CapCut-level; 3–5 clips/day once ramped)
- Lead follow-up by email, SMS, and social DMs
- AI-assisted research, writing, and content production

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years as a remote VA or executive assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll communicate with US clients
- Proactive and reliable: you flag problems before they land
- Tech-comfortable: Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut (or Premiere), ChatGPT/Claude
- Home office with 25+ Mbps internet, plus a backup connection and backup power
- Available 8 hrs/day Mon–Fri, including 3–5 PM HST (9–11 AM PHT) for daily video overlap

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay — final rate discussed after onboarding.
