JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established 30 yr. regional company across ASEAN.


JOB DESCRIPTION :

Managing accounting entries using accounting software - Xero or Autocount or similar.

Manage full set of accounts.

Debt management - take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts in Accounts receievable.

Payroll - Conduct monthly payroll calculations and checks/verification.

Payable management, accounts receivable, Bank and other accounts reconciliation.

Financial accounts - month end and year end closing - include reconciliation of accounts and audit submission.

Corporate files for all related companies in the group local and overseas.

Assist in HR and Vendor related matters.

Admin matters and other adhoc assignments.


REQUIREMENT :

Minimum LCCI /Diploma in accounting or equivalent.

Min 3 years experience in full set of accounts.

Experience in accounting software - Autocount/ Quickbook and/or Xero or others is an advantage.

Proficient in Excel & Word.

Can speak English reasonably well.
