Company: ABAKADA Clothing
Employment Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Work Setup: Remote — Philippines
Compensation: ₱20,000 per collection project (7–9 garments)

Project Scope & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Fashion Product Developer / Apparel Designer to help develop full clothing collections for ABAKADA, from initial concepts and Pinterest moodboards to production-ready tech packs.

Each project will cover approximately 7–9 garments and may include:

Developing collection concepts and refining designs based on Pinterest boards and creative references.

Creating technical flat sketches for each garment.

Preparing complete tech packs with fabric, trims, colors, stitching, embroidery, prints, and construction details.

Creating measurement charts and sizing specifications for each garment.

Organizing production-ready files for manufacturers.

Revising designs and tech packs based on feedback.

The project fee covers the agreed-upon deliverables for 7–9 garments, with deadlines and revision rounds established before the project begins. More complex designs or additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate fee.

Qualifications

Experience in apparel design, fashion product development, or technical design.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and tech pack creation.

Strong understanding of garment construction, sizing, fit, and fabrics.

Ability to translate Pinterest references into cohesive garment designs.

Experience with streetwear, cut-and-sew apparel, jerseys, knitwear, or outerwear is preferred.
