JOB OVERVIEW

At Inspireworks, we're more than a production company. We're a strategic communications partner that works like an in-house team for our clients. We craft powerful visual stories that inspire action, clarify complex ideas, and help the companies building our cities and communities shine.

We specialise in story-driven media for industries like infrastructure, construction and technology. Our work combines strong narratives, polished visuals and the latest AI-powered production techniques, all while keeping people, purpose and impact at the heart of every project.

We're now looking for a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer in the Philippines to lead the craft across everything we make: editing, design, motion and AI-assisted production, as part of our friendly, supportive team. This is a role for a true all-rounder: someone who can cut with precision, design with purpose, bring motion to life, and is always sharpening their skills to deliver greater impact.

? About the role
? Craft story-driven edits. Shape raw footage into compelling, polished videos in Adobe Premiere Pro. You understand pacing, structure and emotion, and you're keen to deepen those skills further.
? Design on-brand visuals. Produce clean, considered graphics and layouts for social media, presentations and marketing collateral in Adobe Photoshop and Canva. This is core to the role, not an afterthought.
✨ Create motion and animation. Build titles, lower thirds, animated explainers and compositing in Adobe After Effects.
? Produce with AI. Work hands-on with our AI-powered production pipeline to generate and assemble stills and motion, keeping brand and character consistency tight across every project.
?️ Enhance and retouch images. Prep and polish photography to complement your video and design work.
? Collaborate creatively. Join online creative meetings, bring fresh ideas, and take constructive direction to lift every project.
? Deliver to brief and deadline. Work within the project plans and timelines set by our Project Manager, flagging risks early and keeping quality and consistency high from first cut to final delivery.
?️ Manage and protect the work. Ingest, organise and back up footage and assets to our server so nothing is ever lost.
✅ Stay organised in ClickUp. Keep your tasks and status current, and log your time against billable and non-billable activities, so the team always knows where things stand.
? Work on AEST hours. Be available during Australian business hours. Mac users preferred.

? What you bring
• Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience in a corporate, documentary or narrative environment (not purely social media or template-based editing).
• A strong eye for visual design: real command of composition, balance, colour and typography, with hands-on skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Motion graphics and animation skills in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools, or genuine hunger to master them. This is central to how we work.
• Exceptionally strong English, written and spoken, with the ability to read tone, nuance and context. Experience editing content featuring Australian accents is a plus.
• Organisation and communication skills: you manage deadlines well and work well within a team.
• Speed without sacrificing quality: you meet tight deadlines with ease.
• A strong team player who is collaborative, respectful and supportive of others.
• Tech savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Dropbox and MacOS (bonus).
• A growth mindset: skilled already, but eager to learn and push your craft further.

? Traits we value
• Honest, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about both video and design.
• Positive, friendly and a clear communicator who works well in a team.
• Thrives under deadlines and adapts quickly when priorities shift.
• Takes pride in delivering work that reflects well on the team and the client.
• Enjoys collaborating directly with clients when needed.

? Why you'll love working with us
• ? Stable, long-term role: consistent, full-time work with room to grow.
• ? Competitive salary: paid in AUD via PayPal (you'll receive USD at current exchange rates), with regular performance-based reviews.
• ? 13th month pay, plus bonuses for outstanding work.
• ? Family-centric culture: flexibility for the moments that matter.
• ? Growth and training: mentorship, courses and ongoing skill development.
• ? Inclusive and supportive: a respectful, close-knit team that already includes valued, long-standing Filipino colleagues.
• ? Australian public holidays observed for rest and recharge.
• ? Home office support: equipment and internet assistance if needed.

? How to apply
Begin your message with the words “Storytelling Matters”, then tell us:
1. The title of your favourite video edit, the software you cut it in, and a short note on why you enjoyed creating it.
2. Your earliest start date on the first line of your reply.
We read every application properly, so these small details tell us a lot. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a short, paid test task so we can see your craft in action.
If you're ready to bring both your skills and your passion for storytelling to a team that values quality, creativity and growth, apply today, and let's create amazing stories together.
