Part Time
$6-$7/hour
25
Oct 15, 2026
PAY
$6 CAD per hour to start, raised to $7 CAD per hour after a 60-day review, with room to grow into a senior role. At 20 to 30 hours a week that is roughly $520 to $780 CAD per month to start. Paid every two weeks by bank transfer to your Wise account or local bank.
HOURS
20 to 30 hours a week to start, growing toward full time as we add clients. You need at least 3 to 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (Toronto) on working days, including Monday mornings Toronto time (Monday evenings in Manila), because that is when the weekly account checks happen.
ABOUT US
Acquirely is a Canadian agency that runs
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run a weekly check on every client account each Monday using our written rulebook, looking at cost per lead, CPM, link click-through rate, click-to-lead rate, ad frequency and cost per booked job.
- Turn each check into a short verdict for the account with no more than 3 clear next steps.
- Track creative supply. Make sure every client gets new scripts every 14 days, and follow up with clients who take more than 7 days to send their videos back to us.
- Check each client's CRM pipeline (GoHighLevel) to make sure leads are being answered, quoted and moved through the stages, because ads cannot be judged when the pipeline is messy. Communicate with clients when this is not being done.
- Export weekly Meta data, prepare it for our reporting system, and help put together each client's weekly report.
- Launch new ads and make changes in Meta Ads Manager once approved, following our naming convention so every ad can be tracked.
- Keep client communication organized in Slack and help prepare for renewal calls near the end of each client's term.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience running
- You understand CPM, CTR, CPL, frequency, learning phase and ad fatigue, and you can explain why a campaign is getting worse.
- Comfortable in Google Sheets and with exporting and cleaning CSV data.
- Clear written and spoken English, because you will write notes that our team and sometimes our clients will read.
- Organized and dependable. You keep a checklist and finish it every week, you can work on your own, and you point out issues before they become a problem for the client.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM.
- You have managed several client accounts at once for an agency.
- You have looked at ad creative and said, with reasons, which hook will win.
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to speed up analysis.
HOW ACCESS WORKS
You start with view-only access to ad accounts and earn editing access after your first 30 days. Budget and campaign changes are always approved by the founders before they go live.
WHAT YOU GET
- Long-term work with a growing agency, with your hours increasing as we add clients.
- A raise to $7 CAD/hr after 60 days, and a path to a senior account manager role.
- Written playbooks for exactly how we judge an account, so you learn a real system for lead generation.
- Direct feedback from the founders, who still run ads themselves every week.

HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with the word "ACQ" so we know you read the whole post. Applications without it will not be opened.
In your application, include:
1. A short summary of the ad accounts you have run (industry, monthly budget, and the result you are proudest of).
2. Confirmation that you are comfortable with the $6 CAD/hr starting rate, and how many hours a week you can work.
3. Your timezone, the hours you are usually online, and confirmation that you can cover at least 3 to 4 Eastern Time hours on working days, including Monday mornings.
4. Your answer to this question: "A campaign has a cost per lead that doubled in 2 weeks and a frequency of 3.2. What do you check first, and what would you suggest?"
Keep it short. We read every application that follows these steps.
