JOB OVERVIEW

Degalo Digital is hiring a reliable, experienced media buyer for ongoing remote work supporting local service businesses.

The portfolio contains 40+ client ad accounts. Most work is for Ireland, with potential campaigns in the UK, Australia and other countries. Our video editor supplies creative assets; you will turn clear briefs into correctly targeted, well-organised campaigns and keep accounts checked daily. Training on our workflow and client requirements will be provided, but you must already be confident using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

PAY AND HOURS
PHP25,000-PHP30,000 per month, depending on verified experience and the agreed workload. Expected workload is around 2-3 hours per day, approximately 14-21 hours per week. Tell us your requested monthly rate and the daily coverage you can reliably provide.

Work flexibly across the day, including weekends, with daily account checks. There is no fixed 9-to-5 shift. We may send a complete advert brief at different times; adverts should normally be uploaded/published as instructed within approximately 8-12 hours, with reasonable flexibility. Tell us how you will reliably provide this coverage in Ireland time (Europe/Dublin). Campaign volume varies; work will be prioritised within the agreed hours, and additional workload or availability must be agreed separately. We will review capacity and responsibilities after the initial onboarding period.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Publish supplied adverts and set up or update Meta and Google Ads campaigns from client briefs. For example: upload these new adverts to the specified client account, check all settings, publish as instructed and confirm completion.
- Check the correct client account, page, creative, copy, destination/lead form, conversion event, approved budget, schedule and location targeting before launch.
- Monitor account health, spend pacing, disapprovals, tracking problems, lead volume and cost per lead daily; flag problems clearly and promptly.
- Make agreed optimisations and recommendations using campaign data. Follow approval limits for changes to budgets and strategy.
- Maintain a simple account/task log, give brief daily updates, and complete two deeper performance reviews each week within the agreed hours.
- Work accurately across 40+ accounts and raise capacity conflicts early rather than missing launches or making rushed changes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience, with strong practical experience in BOTH Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrable results from campaigns you personally managed. Local service lead generation and agency/multi-account experience are particularly relevant.
- Confidence with Meta campaign/ad set/ad structure and Google Search campaign structure, keywords, negative keywords, conversion tracking and location settings.
- Strong geographical research and targeting skills, particularly for Ireland. You must be able to locate places such as Galway correctly, distinguish city/county/service-area instructions, verify radii and exclusions, and check the correct country. Apply the same care to the UK, Australia and other markets.
- Clear written English, reliable internet, attention to detail and dependable daily communication.

HOW TO APPLY
Use the subject: DEGALO MEDIA BUYER - Your Name
Include:
1. Your relevant experience, stating how long you have personally worked with Meta Ads and Google Ads, and how many accounts you manage at once.
2. Two relevant campaign examples, ideally one Meta and one Google. Include the objective, country, date range, approximate spend, results/CPL or CPA, and your own role. Anonymise client details and hide private customer data.
3. Your available daily working/check-in windows in Ireland time, including weekends, current capacity and earliest start date.
4. Your requested monthly pay within PHP25,000-PHP30,000 and whether you propose closer to 2 or 3 hours per day.
5. A 3-5 minute Loom or similar screen recording demonstrating that you can prepare an advert correctly. Use an anonymised existing example or a draft/demo setup for a hypothetical roofing client serving Galway, Ireland. Show how you verify the account, objective, location/service area, budget, supplied creative and destination, then explain your checks before publishing. Briefly explain how you would validate Google Ads location and conversion settings as well. Stop before any live publication or spend. No access to our client accounts is needed for this screening video.

We are looking for accurate execution, evidence of results and reliable daily coverage. The agreed scope, schedule and pay will be confirmed with the selected candidate before work starts.
