Help build and support a growing sales organization
Are you an experienced sales operations professional who enjoys keeping teams organized, improving processes, and helping sales representatives succeed?
Aprinta is launching a national independent sales representative program. We’re looking for an organized, proactive professional to work directly with our CEO, coordinate onboarding and training, manage day-to-day sales support, and help establish the systems our growing network needs.
This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute from the beginning, take ownership of important workflows, and grow with the organization.
About Aprinta
Aprinta is a U.S.-based, technology-driven company specializing in promotional products, custom apparel, printing, packaging, and personalized company e-commerce stores.
We have developed an automated platform that creates customized branded merchandise stores for businesses, supported by integrated sales, marketing, and customer management technology.
In the past two weeks, more than 150 potential sales representatives have expressed interest in our program. Approximately 15 representatives have already been vetted and are ready to begin training.
Our CEO will personally lead the sales organization, conduct training, and develop sales strategies. You’ll manage the coordination, communication, and follow-through that help turn those plans into consistent daily operations.
What you’ll do
Coordinate representative onboarding and training
Schedule training sessions and Zoom meetings with our CEO.
Coordinate onboarding for the initial group of approximately 15 representatives and future additions.
Communicate schedules, instructions, and expectations.
Prepare and organize training materials and recordings.
Track attendance, completion, and follow-up needs.
Ensure representatives have the information, tools, and resources needed to begin selling.
Manage daily sales representative support
Serve as the primary administrative contact for independent sales representatives.
Respond to questions and coordinate requests for personalized customer websites, quotations, samples, presentations, and marketing materials.
Work with purchasing, customer service, and technology teams to move requests forward.
Follow up on outstanding items and keep representatives informed.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline visibility
Maintain accurate representative and prospect information.
Track opportunities, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
Monitor representative activity and identify outstanding tasks.
Develop straightforward dashboards and reports showing sales activity and performance.
Help representatives use our systems consistently.
Work with our technology team to improve workflows and automation.
Keep meetings, communication, and follow-ups organized
Manage our CEO’s sales training and representative meeting calendar.
Schedule individual and group meetings.
Prepare agendas, meeting summaries, and action items.
Track assignments and follow through on outstanding commitments.
Establish consistent communication and weekly sales routines.
Help representatives stay engaged and succeed
We want representatives to feel supported as they learn our platform and build their sales activity.
You’ll check in after training, identify obstacles, coordinate additional support, and track progress toward first orders. You’ll also follow up with representatives who are less active and keep our CEO informed about their progress and needs.
Build processes that can grow with the organization
Help establish repeatable onboarding, training, communication, CRM, and sales support processes.
As the network expands, this position could develop into a leadership role managing additional sales coordinators and support personnel.
What we’re looking for
Required experience and skills
Three or more years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, sales enablement, or B2B sales support.
Experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational, scheduling, and follow-up skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Experience coordinating meetings, training, and onboarding activities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Confidence working directly with a U.S.-based CEO.
Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Helpful, but not required
Experience supporting independent or commission-based sales representatives.
Experience in promotional products, printing, apparel, or e-commerce.
Experience coordinating sales onboarding and training.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
Experience using AI tools and workflow automation.
Experience developing sales reports and performance dashboards.
You may be a strong fit if you notice gaps, communicate clearly, and follow through without needing constant reminders. We welcome specific examples of how you’ve helped a sales team work more effectively.
