$10–$20 USD/Hour Growth Opportunity | Remote – Philippines | Long-Term Career

We're Starfruit Express, a fast-growing U.S.-based technology startup on a mission to end world hunger everywhere. Starting with the the city of Miami in the United States. We started using this site almost a year ago and all of our VA's have been promoted. Now we are back to hire more people who are passionate about building something big, and want to grow with us. We're not looking for someone who simply wants another freelance gig. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career, develop exceptional skills, and become an important part of a growing company.

We're hiring a creative, motivated AI Video Creator to help bring our brand to life through outstanding AI-generated commercials, advertisements, and social media content. You don't need years of professional experience. Just a few months of hands-on experience, strong creative instincts, and the ability to show us what you can do.

---> What You'll Be Doing
- Creating cinematic AI-generated commercials, promotional videos, and engaging social media content.
- Turning creative ideas into polished, finished videos with compelling storytelling.
- Using tools such as Kling, Runway, Google Veo, Higgsfield, or other AI video platforms you're comfortable with.
- Combining AI footage with professional editing, voiceovers, music, sound effects, and transitions.
- Experimenting with new techniques, technologies, and creative approaches.
- Improving your work every week through feedback, experimentation, and iteration.
- Gradually taking greater ownership of our video content strategy and production.
*We value quality over quantity. We'd rather have a few exceptional videos than dozens of ordinary ones.

---> What We're Looking For; Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 months of experience creating AI-generated videos.
- Comfortable using at least one AI video-generation tool.
- Basic video editing skills and an understanding of storytelling, timing, and visual presentation.
- Good written English communication.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take responsibility for your work.
- An enthusiastic attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.

Starting Pay: $10 USD/hour
Schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (25 hours weekly)
Starts part-time, and grows into a full-time role.
---6-Month Performance Review---
- Opportunity to increase your pay from $10 to $15/hour.
---12-Month Performance Review---
- Opportunity to increase your pay by another $5

Of the three videos you shared, tell us which is your favorite and what you did to make it better than the original AI-generated output.

**Important:** Applications without three accessible AI-generated video examples will not be considered. Those that do include them will receive a response within 3-5 business days.
