About us
Positive Impact Dental Alliance (PIDA) is a growing dental support organization with practices across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. We’re building a strong, detail-driven revenue cycle team to keep our practices financially healthy so our clinical teams can focus on patients.

The role
You’ll join our U.S.-based revenue cycle team and help manage the billing process from claim submission through payment. You’ll work with insurance carriers, practice teams, and our RCM leadership to reduce denials, speed up collections, and keep accounts receivable clean.

What you’ll do

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and on time
Post insurance and patient payments
Follow up on unpaid and aging claims and work the A/R reports
Review, appeal, and resolve denials and rejections
Apply correct CDT coding and attach required documentation (narratives, x-rays, perio charting)
Communicate clearly with practice staff and escalate issues early
Keep accurate notes on every account and meet productivity and quality targets

What we’re looking for

1-2+ years of dental billing, insurance, or RCM experience (U.S. dental preferred)
Working knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, and claim workflows
Experience with Dentrix / Eaglesoft / Open Dental or similar practice management software
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfort working independently and taking ownership of your accounts
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup power or internet plan
Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours

Nice to have

Medicaid / SoonerCare billing experience
Experience with clearinghouses and payer portals
Prior work on a remote U.S. team
