We are a Belgium-based agency. We run Google Search campaigns for local service businesses (roofers, trades, rentals). Our goal is simple: phone calls and leads, not clicks. You’ll work directly with me.
What you’ll do
-Set up new Google Ads accounts for clients: billing, verification, access, promo credit
-Set up tracking with GTM and GA4 (form, phone-click and call conversions) and test it before launch
-Do keyword research and build campaigns split by intent, with ad groups and negative keywords
-Write responsive search ads and all assets (sitelinks, callouts, call, location)
-Follow up and monitor the ads daily and weekly: spend, search terms, cost per lead, ad performance. You cut waste, test new copy and flag problems early.
-Check landing pages for basic conversion problems (clear call to action, visible phone number, working form, mobile speed) and suggest fixes
-Send a short weekly report: spend, results, changes, next steps
All campaigns are in Dutch (Belgium). You must be willing to set up, write and follow up campaigns in Dutch, including keywords, ads and search term reviews. You don’t need to be fluent. I’ll review your copy at the start, and you can use tools to help. But you must be committed to working in Dutch. Strong English is also required for working with me.
Requirements
-1-2+ years of hands-on Google Ads (Search) experience
-Able to set up conversion tracking yourself (GTM and GA4)
-Basic understanding of what makes a landing page convert
Careful: you double-check before launch and flag problems early
-Reliable internet and 3-4 hours of overlap with Belgian time (CET)
Pay and schedule
-$700-$1,000 USD per month, depending on experience
-Long-term role.
-Hours are flexiblet
To apply
Start your message with the word “Conversion”, then answer these:
-Which accounts have you managed, in which industries, and what was your best result?
-A local roofer gives you €500 per month. Walk me through how you’d set up the account: campaign structure, keywords, budget split, bidding, and what you’d do in week 1.
-What do you think matters most for a local lead-gen campaign to be profitable, and what do most people get wrong?
-A client’s form shows 0 conversions in Google Ads, but leads arrive by
-A campaign spends €15 per day and gets many clicks but no calls. What do you look at, and what would you change?
-How are you comfortable working in Dutch? Have you worked with Dutch or other non-English campaigns before?
