Remote Inside Sales Rep: Roofing Supplies (Phone Sales, Closers Only)
Who we are
We sell roofing supplies direct to contractors. We cut out the middleman distributor, so contractors get better pricing and free shipping anywhere in the country. The product sells. We need people who can get on the phone and close it.
What the job actually is
This is a phone sales job. You’ll spend most of your day calling roofing contractors, both cold and warm, finding out what they’re buying and who they’re buying it from, and getting them to switch to us.

Make 100 calls a day. That’s the target, and we track it.
Close orders. Our reps are expected to move at least 10 pallets a week.
Quote jobs, handle pricing objections, and get the order over the line
Follow up on every quote until it’s a yes or a hard no
Turn first orders into repeat customers who call you when they need material
Log your calls and deals in the CRM so nothing slips

You’re a fit if

You’ve done phone sales before and you’ve hit a quota. Tell us what it was.
100 dials a day doesn’t scare you
You can take a “no” and pick the phone right back up
You can talk to a roofer like a normal person. No scripts that sound like scripts.
You speak clear, easy to understand English
You can work on your own without someone checking on you every hour

You already know your way around roofing materials

You’re probably not a fit if
You’re looking for an admin or assistant role, or you want to mostly do research and data entry. This job is about closing deals.
