About Us
EMS Mastermind is a direct-response marketing agency for Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) fitness studios in the US and internationally. We run lead generation, Meta ads, offer optimization, and CRM automation for about a dozen active studio clients. We care about performance, honesty, and doing the work right the first time.
The Role
You will implement our ads strategy across client accounts and keep every account tracking, launching, and performing the way it should. I set the strategy. Build and manage custom and lookalike audiences
Update ad copy and creatives across accounts
Prepare clear performance summaries for client accounts
Show initiative: tell me what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d test next

Proven experience setting up Pixels and CAPI, including troubleshooting event match quality and tracking issues
Strong understanding of lead gen metrics: CPL, cost per booked appointment, show rate, and creative fatigue
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars)
Strong written English, since you’ll handle client-facing copy updates
Detail-oriented, with the habit of double-checking your own work
Self-managed and reliable, with consistent hours and fast replies
Comfortable with US time zone overlap (we’ll agree on exact hours)
Stable internet and a quality computer setup
Nice to Have
Experience with local service, fitness, or wellness businesses
Experience with lead nurture and appointment-setting funnels
Familiarity with Canva and AI tools for creative work
