You should already know how life insurance admin works, need minimal training, and be comfortable handling high volume in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do.
Manage leads: call, text, and
Keep the CRM clean and up to date (notes, stages, tasks, pipelines)
Submit applications on carrier portals and track pending cases through underwriting
Chase requirements: e-signatures, paramed exams, APS requests, missing info
Handle client service: beneficiary and address changes, billing issues, payment failures, and lapse prevention
Track commissions, chargebacks, and persistency
Assist with carrier contracting, appointments, and license/CE renewals
Manage my inbox and calendar
Send a daily end-of-day report on what got done and what’s pending
Take on whatever else comes up in the business. Workload and priorities change fast, and you need to roll with it
