JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and confident Female Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Appointment Setter for beauty and aesthetics clients. Your main role is to follow up with Meta Ads leads, handle phone calls, and book appointments using GoHighLevel (GHL).

You should have good English communication skills, a clear accent, and the confidence to speak naturally with potential clients. We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity and is willing to learn and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads through calls and text messages.
- Qualify leads, answer basic questions, and book appointments.
- Manage leads, calendars, and follow-ups using GHL.
- Keep lead records and appointment notes updated.
- Handle appointment confirmations and rescheduling.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional accent.
- Appointment-setting, cold-calling, or sales experience is a plus.
- GHL experience is a bonus.
- Confident on the phone with good communication skills.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and willing to learn.
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good-quality headset.
