Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Full-Time | Remote | AAA Forklifts

Have experience recruiting technicians, mechanics, and other skilled trades professionals? We’re looking for a proactive recruiter who can find great candidates and manage the hiring process for both technical and support roles.

What you’ll do:

- Recruit forklift technicians, mechanics, shop leaders, parts personnel, and administrative, customer service, accounting, and VA roles as needed.

- Source candidates through Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook recruiting groups, OnlineJobs.ph, job boards, and referrals, using the platforms best suited to each position.

- Connect with active and passive candidates through resume searches and direct outreach.

- Review applications, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Keep candidates engaged, maintain recruiting trackers, and support onboarding and new-hire coordination.

- Build talent pipelines and provide hiring updates to management.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven recruiting experience, with a strong background in blue-collar or skilled trades hiring, ideally for U.S. employers.

- Hands-on experience with Indeed sourcing and outreach, plus familiarity with other recruiting platforms.

- Ability to recruit across technical, operational, and office-based positions.

- Strong English communication skills and confidence conducting phone and video screenings.

- Organized, resourceful, and persistent, with the ability to manage multiple openings independently.

- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
