JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non Profit Professional to support our Recovery home Non profit.. This role is central to implementing crm, bookkeeping, building our donor pipeline, strengthening our fundraising systems, and helping us connect with residents and donors.

Key Responsibilities
-Donor Research & Database Building:
-CRM Development: Support the selection, setup, and ongoing management of a CRM system to streamline fundraising operations.
-Marketing Support: Assist in designing and preparing fundraising and marketing materials for outreach.
- Registering for Networking Events: Monitor and share relevant networking events, trade shows, conferences, and partnership opportunities with the team.
-Administrative Support following up with emails and organizing contracts

What We’re Looking For
Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Confidence in using online platforms and databases (LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus).
Interest in Recovery, fundraising, or non-profit development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems for organization
