ActivationAgents.ai is an AI-driven growth platform helping coaches, consultants, and online businesses generate revenue through AI-powered lead re-engagement and conversion systems. We work with fast-growing brands focused on authority, scale, and consistent inbound demand.

We’re hiring an AI Video Editor to turn ideas, scripts, long-form recordings, and raw footage into high-performing short-form video content, using generative AI video tools as the core of your workflow. This role is for someone who understands that editing isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about driving attention, retention, and action.

This is a part-time role (30 hours/week) for a detail-oriented, fast creator who understands social-first video, knows how to direct AI tools to get usable results, and can package content for growth.

Required tools: Higgsfield and Seedance. You should be comfortable producing finished work with both.

NOTE: Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience creating or editing video ads, if you are not a professionally trained video editor, or if you are primarily a graphic designer or a casual AI prompter without editing fundamentals. AI tools are how we generate footage; editing skill is how we make it perform.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit short-form videos with fast-paced cuts, dynamic pacing, and light animations, inspired by top-performing TikTok and Instagram Reels
Generate AI video clips, b-roll, scenes, and motion shots using Higgsfield and Seedance, writing strong prompts and iterating until the output is on-brand and on-message
Transform long-form content (podcasts, Looms, webinars, founder recordings) into high-impact short-form clips, supplementing with AI-generated visuals where footage is missing or needs to be elevated
Assemble, trim, and polish AI-generated and live footage in a traditional editor into cohesive final cuts
Add captions, on-screen text, motion elements, sound effects, and visual emphasis to maximize retention
Package content with strong hooks, pattern interrupts, and clear visual storytelling
Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated content (characters, style, color, look and feel) and keep every video aligned with brand guidelines
Spot and fix common AI video artifacts (warping, inconsistent motion, unnatural faces or hands) before anything is published
Organize prompts, generations, versions, and assets to support a scalable content system and repeatable workflows
Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and offers
Iterate on edits and generations based on performance feedback and engagement data
Stay current on new AI video tools, models, and techniques, and recommend upgrades to our workflow

Skills & Experience:

Hands-on, proven experience with Higgsfield and Seedance (portfolio samples required)
Proven experience editing short-form content for social media
Strong prompting skills for AI video, including shot composition, camera movement, lighting, and style direction
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention
Proficiency in a traditional editor such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar for final assembly
Familiarity with creator-led, coach, or consultant brands
Ability to follow brand guidelines while maintaining creative judgment
Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience with AI voice, lip-sync, or avatar tools, and with AI-assisted video ads
