JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a multi-seven-figure hair growth supplement brand spending $10,000 a day, mostly on Meta, with Google, Snapchat and TikTok scaling alongside it.

We’re opening ONE full-time spot for a media buyer who can run real spend without breaking what’s working.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll run day-to-day buying across Meta, Google, Snap and TikTok, with most of the budget on Meta.
You’ll launch new creatives, manage bids and budgets, and scale winners inside our media buying strategy.
You’ll keep our creative strategists updated on what’s working in the account, so the next batch of ads is built off real data.
You’ll work with a creative team that ships fresh ads every batch, so there’s always something new to test.

Pay
Starting at $2,000 a month.
Crush it in your first month and you move to $3,000 a month.

That’s where you start, not where you stay. As spend grows and you prove you can scale it, your pay grows with it.

Who we’re looking for
You’ve managed accounts that have spent over $300k. Show us.
You know bidding: cost caps, bid caps, lowest cost, and when to use each.
You’re very organized. Clean naming on every campaign, ad set and ad, so anyone on the team can open the account and know what’s what.
You can turn account data into clear updates for creative strategists: what’s winning, what’s dying, and why.
Full-time buyers only. If you work for an agency, this isn’t for you.
You run our strategy, not your own playbook. Ideas are welcome, but we buy our way.
And this one’s non-negotiable: you can take feedback without taking it personally. We review the account closely because every dollar matters. If that bugs you, this isn’t the spot.
