JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Fully Remote
Position: Full-time Freelance
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday)
Schedule: Primarily aligned with Central European Time (CET)
Starting salary range: $500–$800/month, depending on experience and skills

We are looking for a Link Building Specialist who knows how to find the right people, start conversations, build relationships, and turn outreach into real opportunities.

If you enjoy research, writing persuasive emails, negotiating, and finding creative ways to get a response from people who don't know you yet, this could be a great fit.

Your Mission

Your main goal will be to help us grow our network of high-quality websites and partners through effective outreach.
You will be responsible for reaching out to website owners, publishers, and potential clients via email using subtle, creative, and convincing writing to land new clients and partnerships for the company.

We want someone who can research a prospect, understand who they are, figure out what might interest them, and adapt the outreach accordingly.

What Your Work Will Look Like

On a typical day, you may:

Find websites, publishers, bloggers, organizations, and other relevant prospects
Evaluate websites for relevance, quality, authority, and potential
Identify the appropriate contact person for each prospect
Write personalized cold emails
Develop different outreach approaches depending on the prospect
Introduce potential content, partnerships, and link-building opportunities
Follow up with prospects who haven't responded
Keep conversations moving toward a mutually beneficial agreement (e.g., answer questions and handle objections and negotiate link placements and content opportunities)
Maintain professional relationships with successful and potential partners
Keep prospect and campaign information organized in Google Sheets and ---------- (track responses, follow-ups, opportunities, and results)
Work with the team to improve campaigns and develop new ideas

What We Need From You

We're looking for someone who already has practical experience with link building or outreach.

You should be:

A strong English communicator, particularly in writing
Comfortable writing professional and persuasive emails
Experienced in outreach, link building, SEO, digital PR, or a related field
Good at researching websites and identifying worthwhile opportunities
Comfortable communicating with people you've never contacted before
Confident with follow-ups and negotiations
Able to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneously
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Creative when a standard approach isn't producing results
Persistent without being pushy
Comfortable working toward measurable goals

Tools You'll Use

You don't need to know every tool below, but experience with some of them is a plus:

Ahrefs
Semrush
Google Search
Google Sheets
----------
Other SEO, outreach, CRM, or prospecting platforms
Familiarity with advanced Google search operators (i.e. site:, inurl:, etc.)

You should also be comfortable learning new tools and working with online platforms.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 8 hours of work per day, 5 days per week.

Our team currently works primarily within the Central European Time (CET) zone. You must therefore be comfortable working hours that match ours (4 pm to 12 am PHT).

Compensation

The starting salary range for this position is $500–$800 per month.

The exact salary will depend on your:

Previous link-building and outreach experience
English communication skills
SEO knowledge
Outreach and negotiation abilities
Overall skill level

Please note that, as this is a freelance position, compensation is calculated and paid on an hourly basis rather than as a fixed monthly salary. Payments are monthly.

We also regularly review our team members’ rates based on their performance, reliability, and overall contribution to the team, with opportunities for rate increases and growth over time.
