Hiii!
I’m Emelie Bernborg. I run The Webinar Room, an online membership for course creators and membership owners who use webinars to sell their offers. We have around 330 members across the world, and a lot of them run
Inside the membership we have a thread just for ads questions. From November 1, I want an ads expert in that thread. That’s you, hopefully ?
Your part: the tech
I teach the messaging and the visuals myself: what to say in an ad, the hooks, the copy and how the ad should look. That’s my framework and it stays with me.
You handle everything technical: campaign setup, Ads Manager, audiences, budgets, pixel and tracking, reading the numbers, and account problems. If a member asks about their ad copy or creative, you pass it on to our team.
What you’ll do
❥ Answer members’ technical ads questions in our community thread, within two working days. Things like: why is my cost per lead going up, how should I set up my campaign, what budget should I start with, why isn’t my pixel tracking.
❥ Help members with the harder stuff too: a disabled ad account, rejected ads, a restricted Business Manager, a payment that suddenly stops working. You give clear first steps and simple guidance, so they know what to do next and don’t panic.
❥ Write your answers in a warm, personal and clear way. Our members are smart business owners, not ads people. Many of them are a bit scared of Ads Manager. They need to feel helped, not judged.
❥ Create short tutorials (“episodes”) for the membership, step by step, in image format: screenshots from Ads Manager with clear explanations of each step. For example: how to set up a lead campaign, how to install the pixel, how to read your results, how to turn off settings that hurt your ads.
❥ Pass on questions about copy and creative, and flag anything you’re unsure about to our team, so nobody gets a wrong answer.
Later on (not from day one)
Members who need more personal help with the technical side may be able to book you for paid 1:1 sessions. This is something we want to grow into together once you know the membership and the members know you.
You are a great fit if you
✔ Have hands-on experience running Meta ads
✔ Ideally have run lead generation for webinars, courses or online programs
✔ Know Ads Manager inside out: campaign structure, audiences, budgets, pixel and events, reading the numbers
✔ Know how to handle account problems: disabled or restricted ad accounts, Business Manager restrictions, ad rejections, appeals and Meta’s ad policies
✔ Write excellent English, warm and easy to understand
✔ Can explain something technical so a beginner gets it on the first read
✔ Are reliable with deadlines (our members are promised an answer within two working days)
✔ Like people. Truly. This role is half ads, half care.
✔ Bonus, not a must: experience with YouTube, LinkedIn or Pinterest ads
The details
❥ Part-time, remote, around 2–4 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the membership grows

How to apply
Please send:
A short intro about you and your ads experience
One or two examples of campaigns you’ve run, with results (cost per lead, ROAS or similar)
Your answer to this member question: “My ads were getting leads for $3 last week, now it’s $7 and nothing changed. What should I do?” Write it exactly as you would reply in our community.
And one more: “I woke up and my ad account is disabled. I have a webinar in five days. Help!” How would you answer her?
Start your application with the words “TWR ADS” so I know you read the whole post.
Can’t wait to meet you!
