I LOST IT ALL. I'M FILMING THE COMEBACK. I NEED THE PERSON WHO TURNS IT INTO AN AUDIENCE.
Content Manager and Video Editor. Full-time, remote, Philippines. USD $1,000 to $1,300 a month plus a bonus of up to $200.
THE RAW MATERIAL
I took a company to number 1 on the Australian Financial Review fastest-growing list.
• A $55M property portfolio.
• $200M of development projects.
• $150M in client equity growth and profits.
• A $40M net worth before I turned 35, with multiple companies and 30+ staff.
Then I trusted the wrong person, got too ambitious and lost every cent.
Now I'm rebuilding it in public. Legal restrictions most people never face. A divorce. A blended family heading to six kids. A new business from scratch. And a camera on all of it.
That's the story. The reason people stay is what's under it: the investing, lending, property development and high-ticket sales I've actually done, and the strategy I use to plan every move back.
THE JOB
I film everything. You turn every minute of it into a YouTube channel people binge and a feed they can't scroll past.
• The podcast, the YouTube channel, 7am car rants, sales calls, whiteboard trainings, Looms, meetings, events and vlogs.
• A full-time videographer and an on-camera team are coming.
• A 40 minute training becomes a YouTube video, eight clips, a carousel, three posts and a quote card. Nothing gets used once.
• A headline hits the news at 9am. My take is cut over it by lunch.
• Short clips get strangers in. YouTube is where they d
• Views don't pay the bills. Every piece gives real value and points to a clear next step, so attention turns into booked calls and revenue.
WHAT YOU OWN EVERY WEEK
• The edits. A Loom can go up as it is. A rant needs to hit hard. You d
• The titles, thumbnails, descriptions and chapters.
• The posting on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and
• The best clips from every podcast episode. The podcast has its own editor for the episode itself.
• The comments and DMs.
• A weekly report on what worked and what flopped, and why.
• The winners, handed to my ads editor to turn into paid ads.
WHAT YOU GET
• A real story and a real audience to build, not a faceless brand.
• A direct line to me. A 20 minute check-in every day, and no committee between you and a decision.
• A name of your own. As the team grows around this, you run content. I plan for that to be you.
• USD $1,000 to $1,300 a month depending on what you bring, plus a monthly bonus of up to $200 for hitting the numbers. Full-time, paid monthly.
YOU'RE THE ONE IF
• You've cut long-form and short-form for real channels and can show me the views.
• You know in the first two seconds if a hook is dead, and you'll tell me why.
• You'd take a clip that books calls over a viral clip that doesn't.
• You live in Claude, ChatGPT and whatever clipping tool dropped this week. You find clips in a transcript, draft hooks in batches and rewrite anything that sounds like a robot.
• You make the call and move.
• You want your name on something that's going somewhere.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Manila hours, 9am to 6pm.
YOU'RE NOT IF
• Your portfolio is template talking-head cuts.
• You wait to be told what to do.
• You still do it all by hand.
HOW TO APPLY
There's a test. It takes about 90 minutes and it's the interview. Do it before I speak to anyone. No test, no call.
Everything you need is in this Google Drive folder:
It holds a 46 minute screen recording of one of my trainings, five 3 minute side-angle phone clips of me recording it, a transcript and a news headline screenshot.
The transcript has mistakes, so check names and terms before you caption anything.
You don't need to do everything. I'd rather see 2 great clips than 6 rushed ones.
THE TEST
1. Clips. Pick the 5 best moments from the recording, with timestamps and one line on why for each. Edit 2 as vertical clips with captions: one punchy, one calm. Use a side angle in at least one.
2. Hooks. Write 3 different opening lines for your best clip, and tell me which you'd use.
3. The full video. Give me a YouTube title, 3 thumbnail ideas (a sketch or Canva mock is fine), a description with chapters, and a short plan for how you'd cut it, including where the side angles go.
4. Posts. Write one LinkedIn post and one X post from the training, in my voice. Then write a 30 second take on the headline and mock up the green screen: a frame of me over the headline, a highlight on the key line and big captions. A still image is enough.
5. Your AI. Record your screen (5 minutes max) showing how you used AI on the above: the tools, the prompts, what you kept and one thing you threw away. Use AI as much as you like. No screen recording, no score.
HOW TO SEND IT
• One
• Subject line: SASHA CONTENT. If it's wrong, I won't open it.
• Send it within 72 hours of opening the folder.
• I'll reply within 1 working day either way.
• I won't publish or use anything you send me. The files are confidential: don't share or post them, and delete them when you're done.
