Senior AI Video Editor for DTC Meta Ads | Real Brand Experience Required

We are a growing US-based DTC ecommerce company looking for a high-level AI Video Editor for long-term, full-time work.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has real experience creating AI video ads for actual ecommerce/DTC brands and can work across multiple AI styles at a professional level.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF:

- You have never created ads for a real ecommerce/DTC brand.
- You recently started learning AI video generation.
- Your experience is mainly YouTube, podcasts, gaming, real estate, weddings, or generic social media editing.
- You only know basic CapCut editing.
- You only know how to create one type of AI video.
- Your AI work regularly contains obvious generation errors, broken anatomy, inconsistent characters, unnatural movement, or low-quality visuals.
- You need constant hand-holding to produce polished work.
- You are planning to submit work that you did not personally create.

We are looking for someone who already knows what they are doing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You should be comfortable creating multiple types of AI ad creative, including:

- Realistic AI UGC
- Realistic AI B-roll
- AI animations
- 3D / Pixar-style / claymation / stylized animations
- AI talking-head videos
- Product demonstration ads
- Direct-response ecommerce ads
- VSL-style ads
- UGC-style Meta ads

You should be comfortable changing styles depending on the concept instead of using the same template repeatedly.

TOOLS:

Strong experience with several of the following is preferred:

- Higgsfield
- Google Flow / Veo
- Nano Banana / Gemini
- Kling
- Seedance
- ElevenLabs
- HeyGen
- CapCut
- Other professional AI image/video generation tools

Simply knowing the names of these tools is not enough.

We are looking for someone who has used them extensively in real production work and can consistently create polished output.

REAL BRAND EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED:

You must have previously worked with at least 1 real ecommerce/DTC brand.

When applying, tell us which brands you have worked with.

If you signed an NDA and cannot publicly disclose the brand name, that is completely fine.

Instead, tell us:

- The niche
- What type of ads you created
- Approximately how long you worked with them
- Any reasonable proof you can provide that the experience is real

SEND EXACTLY 3 OF YOUR TOP AI VIDEOS:

Do NOT send us a portfolio containing 20, 30, or 50 videos.

Send EXACTLY 3 AI videos or animations that you are most proud of.

At least 1 of the 3 videos MUST be a polished AI animation.

Examples include Pixar-style, 3D, claymation, stylized animation, or another clearly animated AI concept.

Do not send 3 realistic AI UGC or talking-head videos.

The other 2 examples should ideally show DIFFERENT styles and capabilities.

For example:

- 1 AI animation such as Pixar-style, 3D, claymation, or another stylized animation — REQUIRED
- 1 realistic AI UGC or AI talking-head / spokesperson ad
- 1 AI voiceover + B-roll, direct-response, product-focused, or another meaningfully different AI ad style

Do not send 3 nearly identical videos using the same style.

We want to immediately see your absolute best work and whether you can produce high-quality creative across multiple AI formats.

Choose examples that demonstrate things such as:

- Strong AI generation quality
- Visual polish
- Animation quality
- Character consistency
- Realistic movement
- Creativity
- Professional finishing
- High-quality ecommerce advertising

PORTFOLIO AUTHENTICITY:

ZERO tolerance for stolen work.

Every piece of work you submit must be work that you personally created or materially produced yourself.

If any submitted work is suspected of being stolen, downloaded from another creator, falsely claimed as your own, or primarily created by somebody else without disclosure, your application will be rejected immediately.

We may ask shortlisted applicants to verify their work using:

- Original project files
- Editing timeline screenshots
- Source files
- AI generations
- Prompts
- Previous versions
- Proof that you worked on the brand/project

If you cannot verify that the submitted work is yours, do not submit it.

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:

We strongly prefer editors who have produced a large amount of AI content.

If you have created hundreds or thousands of AI scenes, B-roll clips, animations, or ads, tell us.

For example:

"Created 1,000+ AI B-roll clips across 8 ecommerce brands."

That is much more useful to us than saying:

"I have extensive experience creating high-converting content."
