JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US
We’re a growing exporter of frozen seafood, selling by the container to importers and distributors around the world. We’re looking for one sharp, dedicated person to find new buyers and open doors for our sales team. This is a long-term role with room to grow into sales as the business expands.

For ASIA Market (China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, etc)
Experience in any of these markets or languages is highly valued.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Research and identify companies that import and distribute seafood in our target countries
Find the right decision-makers (buyers, purchasing managers, owners) and their contact details
Reach out by email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp with professional, personalized messages
Follow up consistently and book calls between qualified buyers and our team
Keep our lead tracker organized and up to date
Report weekly on contacts found, conversations started and meetings booked

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting or outreach (1+ year preferred)
Excellent written English. You’ll be writing to business owners and buyers.
Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Sheets and finding information online
Organized, self-driven and able to work without constant supervision
Reliable internet and a backup (mobile data or second connection) for outages
Looking for one long-term employer, not juggling several clients

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools
