JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a specialist GoHighLevel Client Portal and Course Builder.

Please read this carefully before applying.

This is not a general GoHighLevel role.

We are not looking for someone whose main experience is funnels, websites, automations, calendars, pipelines, email campaigns, snapshots, or general GHL admin.

We only want to hear from people with strong, proven experience building Client Portals and Courses in GoHighLevel.

If you cannot show examples of GoHighLevel client portals, courses, memberships, products, or offers you have personally built, please do not apply.

The role
We need someone who can build clean, professional, well-structured client portals in GoHighLevel, including the course and resource areas within them.

These portals may include onboarding areas, training courses, resource libraries, videos, downloads, support links, forms, client access areas, and member-style content.

Typical work may include:
• Building GoHighLevel Client Portals from scratch
• Creating and structuring courses inside GoHighLevel
• Setting up modules, lessons, categories, products, offers, and access rules
• Organising videos, documents, links, downloads, and client resources
• Setting up login access, permissions, and course availability properly
• Testing portal access, course access, mobile view, and user experience
• Improving existing portals or courses that are messy or badly structured
• Advising us on best practice for GHL portals, courses, memberships, and offers

You must have:
• Deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel Client Portals
• Strong experience building courses, memberships, products, and offers inside GHL
• Examples of portals or course areas you have personally built
• Strong understanding of access rules, login flows, permissions, and course structure
• Ability to build clean, professional portal experiences without needing hand-holding
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written communication
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Availability to start quickly

We are not looking for
• General GoHighLevel virtual assistants
• Funnel builders
• Website/page builders
• Appointment calendar specialists
• Basic automation builders
• People who have only watched tutorials
• People who “can probably figure it out”
• People who cannot show previous portal or coursework

To be very clear: if your application is mostly about funnels, automations, websites, calendars, email campaigns, or general GHL experience, it will not be considered.

We only want to hear about your GoHighLevel portal and course-building work.

Nice to have
• Experience building onboarding portals, training hubs, or client education platforms
• Experience working with agencies or service businesses
• Basic design sense for clean layout and user experience
• Experience organising video training content and downloadable resources
• Ability to document the setup clearly for our internal team

Hours and pay
This is a remote role.

Pay is US$15 per hour.

We are open to part-time, project-based, or ongoing work for the right person.
