JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US cosmetics brand doing over $1M/month in revenue through direct-response advertising on Meta, Google, and AppLovin. We don’t need another video editor. We need a weapon.

If you’re not already creating high-converting D2C video ads using AI tools every single day, this job is not for you. If you need hand-holding, this job is not for you. If you can’t deliver 7-8 polished video ads per week, this job is not for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Create 7-8 high-quality direct-response video ads per week
Use AI tools daily: Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Seedance
Build ads that convert, not ads that look pretty
Select B-roll with intent and precision to match every line of the script
Iterate fast on winning creatives to scale what works

WHAT WE EXPECT:

You already have a portfolio of direct-response / D2C video ads that have run profitably
You know AI video and image generation inside out
You execute fast without cutting corners on quality
You’re hungry, autonomous, and obsessed with getting better
Available Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day

COMPENSATION:

$2,000-$3,000/month depending on experience and results
Up to $1,700 bonus per winning creative
Long-term position with real growth opportunities
