? HIRING: UGC Video Editor

Looking for a reliable, experienced short-form video editor to work with long-term!

What I'm looking for:

- Experience editing UGC / short-form content** (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong understanding of pacing, retention, and storytelling
- Ability to remove dead space, tighten cuts, and seamlessly flow sentences together for engaging, fast-paced videos.
- Ability to follow references closely — 90% of videos will come with a clear structure and reference to replicate.
- Fast turnaround times and consistent communication.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a steady volume of videos.
- MUST be familiar with CapCut
- MUST be able to speak good English and use Whatsapp as the primary method of communication.

Compensation: The current rate is $3 per video, the more videos you edit in a month, the more income you will make.

BONUS: Editors who consistently deliver high-quality work on time will be rewarded through a bonus structure. Looking to build a long-term working relationship with someone dependable.
