About the Role: US Senior Accountant - Filipino only

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed Senior Accountant to support our U.S.-based clients — mainly in the trades and construction industries. You will be the right-hand person for business owners who rely on clean books and meaningful financial reports to drive smart decisions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong U.S. accounting background, a QBO ProAdvisor certification, and experience managing multiple client accounts. If you love spreadsheets, job costing, and solving problems before they become issues — this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle accounting for construction, trade, and service-based clients, as well as select restaurant entities.
Oversee job costing, tracking project-level revenues, expenses, and profitability.
Maintain and oversee accrual-basis accounting, including monthly and year-end accruals.
Accrue and track tax payments, sales tax filings, and property-related obligations.
Handle intercompany transactions and transfers across entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly and accurately.
Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll support.
Build and maintain clean, organized charts of accounts tailored to restaurants, construction and trade workflows.
Support client onboarding, including setting up accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Double, and trade management platforms.
Participate in financial cleanups and diagnostics as needed.
Collaborate with the team and clients via Financial Cents, Double and Slack while strictly adhering to deadlines and bookkeeping best practices.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of U.S.-based professional bookkeeping experience.
Two years working with Construction, restaurants, property management, or service-based businesses (preferred).
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Double, Financial Cents, Toast, Gusto, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and best bookkeeping practices.
Preferred: QBO ProAdvisor certification.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and client-facing ability.
