JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment team seeking a reliable, experienced virtual assistant to contact homeowners and identify potential off-market property acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided lead lists.
* Identify motivated sellers, including owners of distressed and pre-foreclosure properties.
* Ask qualifying questions about property condition, motivation, asking price, and selling timeline.
* Document conversations accurately in our CRM.
* Schedule follow-up calls with our acquisitions team.
* Submit daily activity and lead reports.

Requirements

* Previous U.S. real estate cold-calling experience.
* Clear, professional spoken English.
* Experience with real estate CRM and dialing software.
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Familiarity with U.S. telemarketing compliance requirements.

Compensation

* $4–$7 per hour depending on experience.
* Potential performance bonuses for verified qualified leads.
