JOB OVERVIEW

[Short-Form Video Editor for Product Ads & Social Media | $7/hr Start, $8+/hr Potential]

We are looking for a Short-Form Video Editor to support our marketing and creative team by turning provided product images, graphics, banners, video footage, and short copy into simple short-form videos for ads, social media, and promotional campaigns.

This is an execution-focused role. You do not need to create full video strategies, film content, or write long scripts. You should be able to follow direction, edit cleanly, organize files properly, and revise quickly based on feedback.

Responsibilities
• Create 15-60 second short-form videos using provided product images, graphics, footage, and design assets.
• Add text overlays, captions, CTA, music, basic motion, and clean transitions.
• Resize and export videos for different social media and advertising formats as needed.
• Revise videos based on feedback from the marketing and creative team.
• Organize project files, working assets, and final exports clearly.

Requirements
• Experience editing short-form videos for social media or advertising.
• Ability to turn static images, product photos, and provided footage into clean video content.
• Good sense of pacing, typography, text placement, and product-focused motion.
• Comfortable following brand direction, creative references, and revision notes.
• Able to use video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.

Compensation
• Starting rate: $7/hr
• Candidates who show strong potential, clean editing skills, fast turnaround, and reliability may be considered for a rate increase to ---------- after review.
